I placed an order on August 4th and expected to receive it within 5 days. However, the update showed that the item was shipped on August 4th, but in reality, the USPS only issued the label on that date and waited for 5 days to receive the package. In another meaning, the package was sent to USPS after 5 days of my order to be shipped. Today is August 11th and I still haven't received it yet. I hope to receive it soon.
