In the case of this product, I have been most pleased as it has the particular probiotics I was looking for including soil based. I have an incurable digestive stomach disorder. I have tried many things in the past eight years with some relief. After I started on Primal Defence and being on it for a few months I noticed the chronic diarrhea was gone, ninety percent of the Gerd, and I am once again eating things in moderation I didn't think possible. That being said you must go slow. I would open a capsule and only take a pinch a day in a smoothie. I did that for several weeks. I am up to two capsules a day.
