I had to contact eBay to get my money. After I contacted seller, due sunglasses weren’t describe correctly he/she never answered.

Buyer asked to cancel transaction after purchase because he noticed some imperfections. I gladly accepted to cancel without much fussing. Although I had already printed the shipping label, and packaged the item. Buyer felt disappoint for the delay because refund took a while because he also opened a case. The case suffice thus the delay in the resolving the issue accordingly. Buyer refused to remove feedback, felt compelled the feedback to be retributive.
