The item is in perfect condition. It is new as it was described. This Coway 400S is a great air purifier. I have one on the second floor and wanted another one for the first floor. The unit uses 2 filters with one side activated carbon and the other a True Hepa Filter. I appreciate the fast shipment and the responsiveness of the seller. I recommend this seller! My only issue, which doesn't affect the item, is that the box and the plastic encasing the unit was quite musty and mildewy.
