I placed an order for this Rack and Pinion, but soon got a message from the seller. The part was damaged at the warehouse and they did not want to jeopardize safety so they initiated a refund immediately. That is A1+++ customer service and care! Many would have just shipped it out to make a $$

I didn't pay close enough attention before purchased to see this seller is in China and just drop ships the parts. The first shipment ended up coming by Amazon, which I don't support, and they damaged it in transit. It was returned to the seller before even making it here. The seller was made aware of this and they sent a replacement via UPS this time, and it arrived in good order. Some lost time, but overall it worked out in the end. I would have rather sent my money to a US based seller though
