    I highly recommend this fluid trainer for its performance and value!

    This fluid trainer is a very good product. It isn't one of the big names or cost like some of them, but it does the job of providing a solid base and variable enough resistance by using the bike gears to change the load. Also, I think that fluid trainers are better than magnetic ones. Don't let the lack of name brand popularity or lower price lead you not to consider it. No, it is not a smart trainer, but if you are simply looking for something to allow you to ride indoors and have some resistance variability, and at a bargain price, then I recommend this to you. It is a fairly quite unit as well. You will need to get a riser block, or make one, as the rear wheel on the trainer is about 4" above the floor level. As well, they were made in Taiwan; so many trainers nowadays are made ...

    Pretty good trainer for the price

    I purchased it for 26" mountain bike and it fits perfectly, although I had to bought a new tire with no tread for the rear wheel. The one that I had (typical mountain bike tire) was really, really noisy even at low speed. After that, it makes almost no noise at all, very quiet. The resistance goes higher as the wheel speed increases so you can adjust the effort just changing gears. All the experience with this trainer is quite smooth. I think is pretty good for the price.
