Watched a few videos on Error Code E2 and F6. Those videos showed that E2 error had to do with indoor unit. Installers couldnt figure anything out. Contacted company and they sent me a book through email for trouble shooting guide that had to do with outside unit. Took top cover off and discovered a wire wasnt connected but should have been. Once that was plugged in it resolved.

In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly.
