Seller is advertising "genuine autographs obtained in person" and lists them for .99 cents but charges almost 10 bucks for shipping. Got picture in and the sharpie marker is part of the photo and it isn't a good copied photo at that. It actually is very blurry. Seller is fine with refunding the cost but I the buyer of said fraudulent photo must pay to ship fraudulent item back via my own dime
