I have contacted to seller iand got no response The microwave was damaged and not by the delivery people. The packaging was not damaged on the outside but the microwave was done on the inside. I sent the seller pictures of it and a message and got no response. Very horrible was supposed to be brand new. And now I have a microwave that has a big den in it on a top right Of the unit not sure how good of a seller, this is that sends stuff that has been damaged and charges full price.
