Helps Rationalize Worse-Case Thoughts
I feel this remedy is effective. It's not a miracle worker by any means, but I've used it to help me calm down when I'm feeling really anxious about a specific concern. I feel like it just helps mellow my mind and process the thoughts rationally versus going straight to a worse-case scenario. It is easy to take with a small, precisely controllable glass dropper. The flavor isn't bad and it goes away quickly. I've added it to beverages and don't taste it (unless it's water, then it's only mildly detectable). I feel this remedy is effective.
