I purchased this for a Mother’s Day gift and it was supposed to arrive BY 5/11. As of Monday, the 13th, it still hasn’t been shipped. I contacted the seller and asked them to cancel the order. They claimed it was too late to cancel, that it had already been shipped. A label was printed days ago, but tracking proves it hasn’t been shipped. Printing a shipping label means nothing if you don’t put it in the mail! I want this cancelled and fully refunded. I do not recommend this seller AT ALL.
