    Dean Koontz is masterful.

    Dean Koontz is one of my favorite authors. He not only weaves a great story, but has an incredible writing style. Whispers is an excellent book. The only reason this didn't receive an excellent rating is that I purchased the audio book version and struggled with the disappointing style of the narrator. He wasn't awful, but detracted from rather than enhanced the audio book.

    A bit too racy.

    This is a typical Dean Koontz novel, but people should be aware that it is VERY racy. If you are sensitive in any way to sexual content in a book, then this one is NOT for you.

    Audiobooks

    Audiobooks are a great way to listen to a story while your trying to get something else done. If you don't have time to sit and read, these are a great alternative.
