I was notified of the change in address number after I printed the postage, so I crossed out the old number and wrote the new one given to me. I did all I could do, and communicated in a timely manner. I appreciate you stating the address error was ebay's fault, not mine, but the negative feedback unfairly impacted me. I've maintained 100% feedback score for 20 years, and now it has dropped. I now regret allowing the purchase because I usually avoid buyers with a zero feedback score.
