If I can give the seller 10 stars, I would I was really happy dealing with the seller I received three damaged cups  which was not his fault and he was able to replace them for me and sending them FedEx instead of USPS to make sure I get them in a good condition.

The seller never sent me a replacement drawer, as offered, despite multiple unanswered emails requesting status. I changed my rating to positive, per the sellers request and assurance that they would send me a replacement drawer. The offer to send me a replacement drawer shouldn't have been made if they had no intention of doing so.

Hello, when you contacted us and said that the item was damaged, we sent out an automatic refund and told you that if we had the drawer, we would send it out. After looking in our inventory, we noticed we didn't have another drawer, so youred. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
