The first package was delayed due to the shipping company, not the fault of the seller. Worms were dead, snapped some pictures and contacted seller. Seller immediately wrote me back and was quick to remedy the situation. Second package arrived, worms were alive and exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase, and very happy to work with a seller that cares. Put the worms in three tanks and they're doing great, these are great for my aquariums' eco-system. Many thanks!!!

I received my worms and followed the included instructions. I was very cautious of the 1 hour window for warranty. I would recommend everyone take a picture of their worms in the bag upon receiving them. I was unable to tell if they were alive in the bag. Luckily the seller was kind and understanding of my learning curve. I was shocked at how pure the worms were. 100% black worms in my package, not many sellers can say this

Really not happy with this seller. All worms arrived dead. Seller basically said “can’t help you - sorry your fault” since I opened bag to check (water was black so couldn’t see worms - when I opened it smelled AWFUL btw) and sent picture within 2 hrs (but policy states one hour maximum which is unreasonable for someone to be waiting by door). I wouldn’t buy from this seller ever again, and if I were you, I wouldn’t either (unless you wanna gamble 70 bucks) - LOOK AT PICS - black water :O

Sir, that is the only two things we require from you for a full, hassle free refund and you did neither one of them. I could of help you on the time but once the bag is opened we can not do anything due to possible mishandling by the customer that is outside of our control and can not be warrantied due to such. We are very open with our policy in both listed in the ad and with the letter placed on top for you to read. You and one other are the only two that haven't been able to do this.
