I will be blunt and say that the Walthers buffers are a big disappointment. They are flimsy and if they were ever bumped very lightly by a train that I am sure that they would fall to pieces. This is the first thing that I have knowingly purchased that was made by Walthers and based on these buffers I would definitely avoid their products in the future. None of this reflects on Trainz, who I would definitely continue to do business with.... just try to find some better buffers to sell.

    Track bumpers go together well and fit properly.

    It looks realistic and assembles easily. Does not take the initial coat of p0aint well but the second coat covered adequately.

    Awful bumper kit!

    I’ve been putting together plastic kits for years and this kit had to be the worse! Could have made the pieces fit together with a slot to alleviate the balancing act trying to glue them together! Horrible! For a big company like Walters, to put something like this out, was a shame! Not a ll satisfied! 🤦🏻‍♂️

    These are not the buffers you are looking for. May the force be with you.

    These track buffers are very flimsy and would pretty much fall to pieces if they were bumped. I thought that it was just that the artwork on the package was poor, but no, they really do look like the drawing and that is not a good thing.

    The kit is very nice. The parts were clean with no flask and everything fit together very well. The only thing I'm concerned about is their duability when a car is bumped against it.
