I was worried about this being a used tablet since it wasn't refurbished or open box. The description said that used devices can have defects, but everything is perfect! It came in its original packaging with no scratches. I can tell its been used a bit, but it honestly looks closer to brand new. I'm glad I was able to get it at such a discount. I've never used XP-Pen before but this is a good first impression!

Receiving the tablet it was everything the seller described it's brand new still in the package with the 12 month warranty and accessories. I love this tablet it barely fits on my desk, it was much bigger than expected but overall it's very responsive. However FedEx was much slower than UPS, it was faster than what I have experienced with FedEx before. This was a very good deal but I wish I had a better choice of carrier.
