Buyer purchased PREOWNED tennis shoes which were listed as such and included photos of all angles. They were used, as listed, but far from filthy. I do not accept returns, but agreed to refund the item price which I did when they were returned. I was upfront that I would not refund shipping costs since I was honest in my listing and made an exception as I do not accept returns. Buyer was disrespectful in our conversations after purchase “shaming” me for selling a preowned item that showed wear.
