Shipping was very slow and the item was soaked with soap or something. This is likely from another package and not the seller’s fault. Once I got everything opened the axles were exactly what I paid for and in great new condition. Seller also refunded a bit of payment. Communication was decent and and in the end I got what I paid for and a small credit, so they made it right. Shipping was the only issue and USPS was also partly to blame. Everything else was great. Item not pictured as described nor did it arrive as listed. I was under the impression I was purchasing the complete setup for an electric metal winch, except there is NO winch in the packaging, only the wiring to do the set up. The seller did not respond to any messages until they were contacted by PayPal regarding a refund since they didn't offer returns. At that time I was told I ordered wrong and they corrected the listing. Had I known what I know now, I'd shop elsewhere
