I contacted the seller about the damaged bracelet, they asked me to send a picture and I did. They told me they would replace the item and sent me their tracking number but no information regarding the carrier. I tried to contact them again but I got no response!! This is the third time contacting them and still no response!! I have no bracelet, they got my money and nothing. I am very unhappy!! Be aware!!
