Well packed and arrived in perfect shape. Looks quite like the picture, but I won't know more until my handyman installs it for me next week. One glaring omission that is a concern is that there is no instruction as to what strength of bulb can be used. That is almost always a concern with any type of glass lamp or chandelier. It appears to be well made and very fairly priced.
