    Item was NOT new or in original box as advertised. In fact it arrived with signs of previous installation and with broken parts. No manual or instruction booklet attached. Obviously dishonest seller. Shipping was also much later than advertised. We offered the seller to keep the pump if he reduces the price for broken parts we would need to replace . No communication from seller .

    They were shipped fairly quickly and seller was really nice but when I bought the item, the description was wrong and thought it was a 3 pack but ended up being a single fan. The seller offered to give a full refund for return and fixed the listing very quickly and apologized for that. Great seller, also ended up just cancelling the return because these were all I really needed in the first place.
