Produced by longtime collaborator Howard Benson, The Awakening features special guests Maria Brink from In This Moment and Lou Koller from Sick of it All. Includes 'This Goes Out To You'. Long known for carrying the hard rock torch with a positive message, P.O.D. are looking forward to sharing The Awakening with fans around the world. The album travels on a journey based on the good and bad choices of a central character, exploring the consequences of his decisions. "The Awakening is meant to be listened to in it's entirety," says P.O.D. singer and lyricist Sonny Sandoval. "Every song ultimately explores a character dealing with life, making mistakes, fighting, trying."

Packing was ok but the record was shipped between the shrink wrap and front cover, leaving a tear in the front shrink wrap. Shipping damage caused by seller and no responsibility taken. Oversold the condition: VG+ doesn't have scratches over the entire width of the record in anyone's definition. Argumentative. I won't be back. I only leave negative feedback in complete catastrophes, which this was not, but it was not a good transaction.

I was not arguing, simply explaining my grading on this one. I had graded it a VG not a VG+. Buyer never asked to return to refund or anything, so I'm not sure what 'responsibility' he wanted me to take. I simply stated why I graded the record as I did.
