Despite the fact that FedEx delivered an empty shipping container the first time then delivered the item to the wrong house the second time, after the seller sent a replacement free of charge, I've had a positive experience with fl_discounts. They did everything they could to correct FedEx's buffoonery. Excellent communication and customer service went a long way, and I would definitely shop here again. Thank you for your efforts.
