Seller refused to provide free shipping as advertised. Left me hanging. True, it was 44 cents. However, free means free.
Seller says he did everything right. Says his ebay advisor agrees. My advisor said item was probably packed incorrectly. Post office agrees. Item stamped, "non machinable, postage due".
Seller suggested I reproach post office. Insinuated me of feedback extortion.
I didn't pack it. I'm the one who had to stand in line to pay for "Free Shipping".
Irresponsible seller.

Oh it was packed correctly. I pack everything the same way on all my packages.. How ironic yours wasn't. How can I be wrong thousands of time and nothing happen until now? You also said in your message that 4 other sellers the same day had postage due. Are you telling me that all 5 of us packed it wrong. I used the ebay standard shipping label and postage was paid. Your post office workers are incompetent. A quarter weighs .6 of an ounce packed.
