So far so good! 4" Queen mattress topper was delivered early, thank you! Was rolled up inside a very sturdy box, and encased in plastic. No odors, unrolled smoothly, no lumps or bumps or seams. Is a hefty weight quality gel mattress inside a very nice zippered, thicker, smooth shiny fabric cover. The fabric is high quality also, it's smooth so it will not snag, and will provide a cooling effect. It is comfortable and just what we were looking for.

Ho! I love this mattress topper! My bed mattress is 12 inches and the topper is 3 inches. I almost need a footstool to get into bed, lol! I have to hop up on the mattress topper and push up on the side of the bed frame to finish getting into bed, lol!

Item was as described but box was delivered damaged. Decided to put it together to see if anything was missing. Luckily, all the parts were there with no damage. As all other user feedback, all you have is a exploded picture to go by. If you can follow that without directions, then this is a great deal as the parts used are not cheap junk.
