Vacuum I ordered got broken during shipping so a different model was substituted. It was an “upgrade” but all I have to say is,it’s a vacuum. Seller was very cooperative and helpful. Nice people. The “neutral” feedback has nothing to do with them but with the quality of Dirt Devil products themselves and whomever clumsily dropped and broke the vacuum I wanted to begin with.

We sell used refurbished motorized brushes for vacuum cleaners price ranging at 59.95. That's 1/3 of vacuum. You get a whole vacuum cleaner for 40 00 and works you could call that a bargain. If this were a forum readers would wander who buys a 40.00 vacuum cleaner and has quality expectations? We have Miele vacuum cleaners for around 1000 or Dyson or commercial vacuum cleaners which can cost thousands of dollars. At the end of the day bell's and whistles aside Dirt Devil products do the work 2

The package of "complimentary "accessories was indeed sent but the post office returned it with a note that the mailing date did not match the date on the label. Doesn't happen often but it's at post office clerk's discretion. A new label was issued and she will receive the complimentary accessories. Thanks for the gratitude and compliment.

    Worth $50

    Lightweight which was my main requirement. Seems to “unflex” the bottom part too easily. The chamber is a bit tough to get out, but may ease over time. Haven’t used roller function yet. Seems flimsy so hopefully it won’t fall apart in the first year.

    Not a durable unit

    Nice little quick vac. I like the fact it is compact, and has an internal battery so I can just plug the vac in to charge and not have to remove a battery to sit in a charger on the counter. We got it as a supplement to our main vacuum, since we have kids we are always cleaning up. On a charge, it seems to run for about 20 minutes. Pretty light, easy to swivel and navigate around stuff, seems pretty peppy. You can turn off the beater bar, or leave it on, and when on, it pulls like a self propelled mower. The only issue I had with mine, is, it comes in 3 parts. The top two parts are connected by a ribbon cable, and were the top two parts connect, mine was difficult to snap together, and pinched the cable a couple times. I was worried I was going to break it, thank goodness I didn't. ...

    Dirt devil junk

    Product works as well as expected, but try to buy a replacement filter for it. I went so far as to contact the company and was told the filters were on back order and to check back in 30 days. Not what I would call good business practice to sell products you don't keep replacement parts in stock for. Personally I will never buy anything from Dirt Devil again. #0 Days? Really? How reliable!
