Arrived quickly but poor quality, weight doesnt hold on the pendulum & had ti tape it on to keep it in place

This is the first time I have sent this item without first fitting the bob. The Rod should be bent to aid the fitting of the bob which also makes it a good friction fit in the holes on the bob, there is never a need to secure it with tape. Contact would have been appreciated to sort this out before leaving negative feedback. As for quality I think you are confusing quality with weight, the bob needs to be very light as its only being driven by a low powered magnet on a quartz movement.

Exactly as described and happy with the quality Unfortunately the clock didn't work but the seller sent a replacement very soon after, Just such a shame that "Yodel" let them down with the delivery on the second. Left it outside the door during torrential downpour so the packaging got ruined. Movement okay thanks to bubble rap and a spell on the radiator to get rid of the condensation.

The estimated delivery was 24 April, but it arrived today 12th, I think that’s the best I’ve ever known on eBay , and it doesn’t end there, I had ordered 25 sheets of 100 grit garnet paper, when I opened my package, there was a message, sorry I only had 23 sheets , so I’ve added 2 sheets of 80 grit plus samples of others we sell, in this day and age of disappointing customer service, this seller went far beyond to please it’s customer, great, they have restored my faith in internet sellers 👌👍
