    Great Sales Book!

Frank Bettger really went deep in explaining how he rose from a failure to a successful insurance salesman. Although the book was written in the late 40's, the tips and advice he offered will still work today with the sales professional who applies what he said. Again, great book and it's worth reading twice or more times.

  • The most helpful, character building book I have read

Bettger is so helpful because he has no reservations about telling us about his failures. Too often other such books give the impression that the author is a man of steel, unfailingly successful, and victorious. He failed several times, and tells us about what he did to raise himself out of the dust. He tells us WHAT to do, and even better, HOW to do it. His advice is unfailingly sound, practical, and best of all, easy to follow. It also pays handsome dividends, because following his advice creates success. I recommend it to anyone who needs to improve him/herself. And that means all of us.

  • Tested sales ideas

The original writing of this book is many years ago. However, this is back to basics for sales people. Definitely worth reading.
