I have spent hundreds of dollars purchasing Hotel Collections version of this device and they barely work, 4 or them to be exact. Customer service was very good, but the products were significantly higher and I had to return them. I ordered one from this vendor, at a significantly lower cost, looks like the same manufacturer, just no Hotel Collection logo, and it is fabulous. It works just as it should, and how the Hotel Collection version should have.
