Reliable and good functions
It works fine, have had it several years without problems. Once you set it up with the phone directory, it's easy to find & call contacts and to screen calls. We especially like the voice ID - not having to get up from dinner to find out that it's a spam call.

A Corded Base has an advantages over the similar Cordless base
Nice set up. Can either be used on a Desk, or mounted on a wall. Bright backlit display. Answering Machine produces clear sound when listening to messages. Has 30 number call blocker as long as you are subscribed through your telephone land line carrier. I like the corded base as it still allows you to make and receive phone calls during a power outage. The things that won't work during an outage is the answering machine and the cordless sets. Cordless sets ( can pair up to 6 cordless phones) bases keeps the rechargeable batteries charged but cordless is good for about 3 days off the base. Cordless handsets will beep when batteries getting low. Cordless sets have an excellent range outside the house. I've used it up to 100+ feet away.Nice set up.
