    ACTION, EXCITEMENT, ADVENTURE: A THRILL-A-MINUTE RIDE !

    This is a good, fast-paced-action, political thriller. Angelina Jolie does most of her own stunts, takes a beating, and beats back even harder ! I've never been a really big fan of hers, but as "Salt" she's gained my appreciation. There are Three Versions of the film that you can watch...the Extended Cut with added material, and a different ending adds some depth and ties-up some loose ends. I liked it best. ALSO, there are plenty of "Extras" on this Blu-ray that make it worth the price of admission on their own merits ! Be sure to watch it at night to get the full impact of this very cool thriller !

    Non-stop action, many plot twists. Suspend belief!

    Suspend belief and you will enjoy this non-stop action thriller. Angelina Jolie plays Evelyn Salt who may be or not be a sleeper Russian agent involved in a plot of horrific proportions against the United States. There are more plot twists than overtime at a pretzel factory. Excellent supporting cast, especially Liev Schreiber. This film flys by, so it will take several viewings to take it all in. Top notch Blu ray sound and picture. Well worth owning!

    Outstanding Spy Movie, Full of Twists and Turns

    Angelina Jolie is Evelyn Salt, a cia operative who has a happy marriage and a great job. She is called upon to help interrogate a Russian who claims to have information about deep cover spies inside the United States who will try to assassinate the Russian President. During the interrogation he "outs" her as one of the deep cover operatives. From there the movie twists and turns as Salt tries to free her captured husband and clear her name. This was a great movie, full of twists and unexpected turns that keeps you on the edge of your set for the entire length of the movie. It was very refreshing to see a movie that had a lot of new ideas in it and was extremely entertaining. The cast of the movie includes: Angelina Jolie as Evelyn Sal, Liev Schreiber as Ted Winter/Nikolay Darkovsky, ...

    Don't need pepper

    Salt is an excellent spy thriller at the top of the list. Angelina Jolie is totally believable in the role. Her vulnerabilty, strength and intensity are spot on. It all amazes me how seh can keep her femininity and stand toe to toe with the guys. A lot of action, twists and turns. Get out the popcorn and enjoy.

    Salt is good!

    Movie is a good thriller and action movie although some of the stunts were unbelievable. It is entertaining with a good sound track and coloration. The acting was very good although the script was unable to be followed in some areas. Living in Wash., D. C. the chase scenes were not cohesive going back and forth from sectors of the area which have no relationship to each other. I bought the movie because of the actress and actors who gave nice performances. I recommend you see it before you buy it to make your own determination.
