I am one who has a lot of those keratosis lesions. After having a skin cancer removed, I saw a dermatologist and he recommended this to me. This cream has salycilic acid in it, which is what aids in the removal of the crustiness. I use it daily, after showering, and use a loofa to help it along. Not a one time use cream, but all the time to get the job done. I would never have believed it, but it works. Just remember, if you have the need, and approval of your dr, it has the SA in it, which is an important factor in this cream for its purpose. I am one who has a lot of those keratosis lesions.
