    The packaging was poor. One end of the part was exposed outside the package as a result some minor damage was documented. There was also at least one clamp missing replaced with a Zip Tie. Upon requesting a return they responded and approved quickly. Sent me a prepaid FedEx return label. Only problem was the original box the item was shipped in was in poor condition and too short . As a result I had to purchase the appropriate size box at my own expense $20.56.
