I am using one of these mounted on an aluminum heat sink for a RF dummy load and the SWR is very flat for the range I am using these for. I tested the resistor with 200 watt RMS from 24 Mhz all the way up to 30 Mhz and I also swept the fixture with a antenna analyzer at those same frequencies and I couldn't be more pleased with the loading resistor's performance! Had I purchased a factory built dummy load I would have paid at least $70 - $80 and I built this for less than $5.00 from shop scrap.
