I purchased from this seller and although my item arrived damaged, the seller was more then happy to help. The instructions for the return were clear and they followed through with my refund. I was upset about the bedframe coming in damaged at first, but through the good communication that the seller had, they seemed to really want to help. I believe that a lot of the bed frames that they sell are made well, its unfortunate that I came across a defective one. A surprisingly good experience.

The bed is easy to put together. Every piece is clearly labeled and even the bolts are packed and labeled clearly. It is technically upholstered because it's wrapped in fabric but there is no padding. Stil, it looks nice and seems to be sturdy. It's a fair price.
