    I made a mistake with this order. The description clearly stated that the chips were 'Programmed' but I assumed this was some sort of mistake in the the Chinese to English translation. As it turned out, the chips were indeed already programmed (all of them differently) which makes them all but useless. To be clear, it was my fault not the seller's The ICs were sent about 5 days after the order was placed and arrived at my door about a week after that. I would buy from this seller again
