Item was advertised as new in box; not used, do not accept returns. The curling iron was obviously used and even damaged.
When I opened the box, it was not as originally packaged. The iron was out of the bag, cord haphazardly tied together, the tip of the iron is damaged and the iron had been used because the barrel of the iron was not shiny as it would have been if new.
Contacted the seller re: false advertising/description. Response was sorry but it works. Do not buy from this seller.

Never received the item. I contacted the seller after noticing the label was only printed and never picked up by USPS. The seller responded that all they do is drop off the package.. but when I responded that the package was never scanned into USPS they stopped responding. I had to contact eBay for a refund.
