Do not buy from this seller. Over $100 in parts were missing; no manual; the unit was scratched and dinged and components were damaged to the point of requiring replacement. Between the missing parts and damaged parts I’m looking at nearly $200. Item description was open box but should have said new but damaged and missing parts. Reached out but so far I’ve been ghosted.

    Dolphin Premier Pool Vacuum

    I purchased the entire package of the Dolphin Premier, including the caddy. This is an excellent product. All the reviews I read on it were exactly as described. The cleaning quality is remarkable. I couldn't clean the pool as good. It is a little pricey but in the long run I think it will be worth the cost. There does need to be a more detailed manual and I don't use the remote. I highly recommend the Dolphin.

    Won't work

    The Power Supply doesn't work at all . It won't come on .And I need to return it or have a replacement . I have purchased to Robotic Premium Pool Cleaner but it has not been placed in the Pool because the Power Supply want wok. I tried in two separated GFCI Plugs with no Result at all. I need to know how to proceed with a return or replacement.

    The best Robotic pool cleaner I ever used...!

    Dolphin Premier Robotic Pool Cleaner from Maytronics is the best pool robot I have ever used, it worked perfectly for my busy life style, has not given me a single problem since the day one. I had a crystal clear pool that everyone admired thanks to this Robot. It covered my entire (26' x 15') pool without an issue within few hours, I only used it once a week. I recommend this Robot to anyone without any hesitation as it has kept my pool cleaned and healthy at all times even within the hurricane seasons.

    Top Pool Cleaner

    Purchased after I fired my pool man and had pool replastered. Now I take care of it myself. This pool cleaner does it all. Amazing to say the least! Cleans wall, floors, tile line, and most of the steps. It vacuums the pool, brush"s the pool all without the "use of my pool equipment." I have a pentair pool pump that I run at 500 watts power to save electrical, which cleans and circulates the water fine, but not strong enough to run a vacuum powered pool cleaner. If I turned up the power on the pump to run a vacuum powered cleaner, my bill for the energy to run 6 hours a day would be 120.00 a month in electric. With this pool cleaner, it reduces my power bill 90.00 a month to 30.00 and my pool is spotless and crystal clear. Understand you still have to put your chemicals in, brush the ...
