      Our New Toaster

      Well, this is our replacement for our fifty--yes, 50-year-old avocado and stainless steel toaster. All good things do have an ending--I don't know if my review is worth much. The openings are really wider and longer than our deceased loved one--but what wouldn't be? My surprise was the warning in the instruction booklet to "unplug when not in use'. We have kept it plugged in and nothing has burned down or shorted out yet--This toaster's abilities seem much like our old friend. Enjoy and don't spaz out!

      You. Had. One. Job!

      Received in apparent new condition, and quick delivery! Purchased for it's name brand. Tried to toast bread and bagel on increasingly higher settings. Although the heating elements become 'red', on highest setting, and after toasting twice, my bagel is soft as week-old loaf bread but not much darker than the cream cheese. Waste of time and money.

      Shades of American made products .. but do THIS before use .. Run a couple of cycles to burn off machine oil , manufacturing process oils before using .
