Probably the worst seller I've ever dealt with.
When I complained that he sent damaged goods, he replied, "You Damaged it. You Live with it!"
I have not mounted it, or used it, or done any of the damage. The pictures are EXACTLY as received. This person is not only a bad seller, he's dishonest. (Also apparently unskilled with tools)
He shows pictures of new blades in factory packaging, then sends this in a box taken from the garbage.
Ebay will return it for him to sell to some other sucker.

Product was listed as "Open Box" but when received was obviously heavily used, dirty, and at least a decade old. Further, it didn't work. I cleaned all the contact surfaces to make sure it was definitely making good contact, and it still won't work. I've tried several bulbs, they all flash so fast it makes me sick. I reached out to the seller and they refused to make it right. Apparently, I'm not the only one. Check my other feedback and check theirs. This seller needs to be banned from eBay.

FYI: If this or any other seller just really cheats you, you can often still go to eBay Buyer Protection to get a refund. They'll just take the money right out of this scammer's account and overdraft him if he doesn't have the money.

Actual masonary drill bit sent to me was not the one pictured here on Ebay, The drill attachment end was damaged and barely had enough "good" shank left to use on the drill motor. So overall opinion was that the Seller was mis-leading with their merchandise advertisement and that makes them a Store/Seller to avoid if possible. So you might want to buy from someone else.
