Received quickly, love the sheers, unfortunately they are 84" long, and not the 72" ordered, although the packaging said 72" long. I had already unpacked and rid the packaging before checking the sheers on the window. Your communication and shipping was quick and appreciated, but the sheers will not fit with my baseboard heating. Thank you, I do appreciate your service. I'm not sure how to rate the description as the packaging was correct, but the item was the wrong size. No fault of yours.
