Seller Ebay ad had a blurry image of an envelope for a 1957 mint set. Received: it was an enveloped with a 1958 stamp, which was overwritten with 1957. Seller refused the return.

This item was filthy, though in a box not new. It contained M&Ms inside the dispensers new ones are not purchased with M&Ms inside! I contacted seller he stood by it was new. This item was gross! I have purchased several over the years never had one arrive dirty broken with decaying M&Ms. This item was shipped wrapped in paper lucky it wasn’t smashed! Thank you Ebay for stepping in they have refunded my money & I can purchase the Christmas item I need that will hopefully be new and clean!
