I asked for a tracking number, and plugged the Fedex tracking number in, and it shows a tiny little envelope on a porch with snow. It wasn't my porch, it wasn't my shovel in the picture, and it isn't my snow on the porch. Their answer is that they have too many warehouses, AGAIN EXCUSES
