Sorry, Not Sorry: Tarte Surfter Mascara is a Hot Mess!
I HATE writing negative reviews, but here goes. I will try to be as specific and concrete as possible because I get so annoyed by reviews that state, "Product A was HORRIBLE," but then do not tell you exactly why it was horrible. So, back to my review: I tried this mascara, but it was really clumpy and messy. It also left smudges under my eyes only after an hour or so. I pretty much have to wear waterproof formulas of all mascaras. This had a nice, full mascara wand, but the mascara itself was just messy.
