Only reason i give a positive is because the seller refunded my purchase, and only after i escalated the complaint thru eBay. For some odd reason after i requested to cancel my order after about 3 - 4 days of no communication did the seller send the package. What makes this even more unusual the seller then sent a EMPTY package! Really blew my mind. Anyways thank goodness it has been resolved.

Asked seller for some clarification since I purchased this item because it's location was close to me. Jaguar i930 Diagnostic Scanner
To be honest, I am not sure just what I was expecting when I sent for this scanner. When it arrived, I was very surprised at its compact size. Not that it is any smaller than the ones you find at the part stores. The beauty and quality come out when it is plugged into the cars OBD II receptical. It immediately started pulling codes from different brains and areas of the car that had not been visable before. It had the efficiency and diagnostic capability of the larger scanners used in the larger automotive repair shops. It immediately started showing what was wrong with my XKR, and allowed me to acquire the parts and put the vehicle back on the road within days. It is a wonderful little device, but I truly believe that the ease, use and quality comes from the ... To be honest, I am not sure just what I was expecting when I sent for this scanner. Horrible customer support, not kept updated
I bought this Landrover OBD-II tool thinking it would work on a 2019 model after doing a software update. The most recent version of the Discovery handled by the tool is 2015. Additionally it is a little clunky in terms of menu’s and doesn’t even do things like reset service reminders. There are better tools out there. Plus customer support will ignore any tough questions about the product as why it hasn’t been update for a new model introduced in 2016. That’s 5 years ago!I bought this Landrover OBD-II tool thinking it would work on a 2019 model after doing a software update. The most recent version of the Discovery handled by the tool is 2015. Additionally it is a little clunky in terms of menu’s and doesn’t even do things like reset service reminders. There are better tools out there. Fantastic Jaguar/Landrover OBD2 Scanner Saves me time, stress and money!
This compact, easy to use scanner is just what I needed. Owning a Jaguar is great fun but they do have their quirks! Like randomly throwing ECU alerts up on the screen just because the wind is blowing a certain way. It used to cost me $55 every time to get my mechanic to check and clear the codes when nothing was actually wrong - and the time to get the car there as well. This little scanner solved all my problems straight out of the box! Plugged it in, told it what model I have and presto - literally just follow the bouncing ball. Could not be happier. So obvious I didn't even have to read the instructions - and no batteries required! The supplier included a little note in the box to let me know that he had downloaded the latest software into it before posting - what more can you wish ... This compact, easy to use scanner is just what I needed. Owning a Jaguar is great fun but they do have their quirks! When I first hooked it up to my Jag, I was amazed at how many trouble codes were stored in the various systems! This tool looks and feels like a quality product. The minor downside is that it is not as intuitive to use as other scanners, but once familiar with the way it works, this is not an issue.I bought this tool because my other scanner cannot read all the Jaguar codes and also has trouble erasing codes. i930 scanner for my 2002 Jaguar XK8
So far so good! Got the scanner, right out of box cleared some of the code faults. checked them 2 weeks later no code faults again ... yet! Today downloaded the update software for the scanner. It was very easy to understand with the helpful videos. Installed the software on my PC connected the scanner and updated very quickly. I would definitely recommend this product to fellow Jaguar owners to put in the tool box!So far so good!
