    I like the non extended version better

    I like the NON extended version better. I always think more is better but in this case the regular version is better. The added songs harsh my mellow. I am ordering my original version now. If you REALLY like the extra songs, by all means get it!

    Days Of Future Passed by Moody Blues (The) (CD, Jul-200

    First, there was only one disc, not two. I bought this disc because this was the first album that I bought when I was growing up and it is one of my favorites of all time. I love the original songs from the original album, and even the re-makes of a few of the songs. This cd also includes songs from other songs that the Moody Blue did in the beginning of their careers. They are all in Monotone, and some are good, and others are ugh! I love this album, and think it is the best The Moody Blues ever did. I don't think I own any other of their musical renditions. I love the poetry and orchestra on this album, and especially, the taking the listeners through a day from dusk to twilight. "Tuesday" and "Knight In White Satin" are fabulous, and will forever remain two of my many favorite ...

    The recording is everything I remember and more love it

    My brother had the original RECORD back in the 60's. I can remember listening to it and loved how the band incorporated all the instrumentation with the orchestra. It is very mellow and easy listening for a rock band from that era. I had rented a CD from the Library with some of the same songs from this recording and it brought back such fond memories that I just wanted to get it.
