Item was not in new condition. True Temper VSS shafts have a shock absorber inside the shaft. The shaft sent to me had no shock absorber in it which pretty much negated the purpose of buying a VSS shaft. I would not have known at all if the club tech at PGA Superstore didn't show it to me and explain that I got scammed. Luckily he was able to take the shock absorber from my old damaged iron shaft.
