All I will say on this transaction is "Read the Description Thoroughly" Even though it states new, this filter wasn't new and didn't have any kind of protection considering its a water filter. The filter was wrapped in Bubble Wrap and not secured so you can see the open end of the filter. I tried to communicate the issues with the seller and he responded once!! After that nothing. Keep my $12.00 because that's the last you will get from me!!
