Fantastic service, from communication to plenty of packaging so no damage could be caused in transit. Item is in great condition just as advertised. Slight problem with long delivery but nothing to do with the seller, Royal Mail just delayed. Seller was very understanding and patient and communicated through out to make sure I got my item.

originally purchase via website, item was listed as working but received it totally dead, returned & took a long time for refund - had to give bank statements to prove I had not received the refund. Got "similar" item on eBay but when delivered was totally dead. turned out to be same lens with same serial no. & same company. returned the item for a second time & refund given. Now see item listed again on eBay but £5.00 more. seller sent video showing lens working & promised to send it back

I don't see what seems to be the problem, you mentioned the lens wasn't working, and upon returning it, the issue was resolved & I then made a personal call to you to ask if you still want it. Your replied was, sent me a video if its working order and I will get back to you. Till the day today, I have not heard from you. I put the lens back on sale not knowing if you still wanted the lens and the next thing I saw your negative feedback. Don't let sellers hang around if you aren't interested.
